We have recently been experiencing problems with the boilers which provide heating for the hydrotherapy room. This has meant that either the temperature of the pool, or the room itself, is not high enough, therefore making it too cold for sessions to go ahead.
We are currently working with the installation company to find a solution to this, which it is felt may be a stronger boiler. However in the meantime we are, unfortunately, having to cancel sessions. Should we have milder days it is possible that sessions can go ahead – we are checking the temperature on a daily basis.
Please be assured that we are addressing this issue as a matter of urgency and hope to have the pool up and running, on a full time basis, within the next few weeks.
