Sam Daniels

Kent Special School Nursing Service (NHS)

Sam Daniels is employed by the NHS, but is based at Foreland Fields School. Her job is to put in place Health Care Plans (HCPs) for pupils with complex health needs such as tracheostomies or enteral feeding etc.

Chris Holmes

Health and Therapy Assistant

Chris Holmes works closely with Anna Padfield to put in place Health Care Plans (HCPs) for pupils with less complex health needs such as Asthma etc.  She also provides support to the Special school Nurse (Sam Daniels).  Chris also supports OT/PT needs
